How much do your services cost?

This depends on each individual’s needs.  Treatment is recommended and provided uniquely based on each person’s needs.

We know that keeping a loved one healthy is of utmost importance.  We are passionate about helping our clients stay healthy, and yet we understand how costly long term care can be.  That is why we are dedicated to providing high quality dental hygiene services at affordable prices.  Our fees are comparable to customary dental office visits.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept most private dental insurance plans, Evercare, and some Medicaid plans.

Do you accept Medicaid?

We accept all Evercare plans and are able to accept a limited number of Medicaid plans.  Please contact us for more information.

Will insurance cover the services you recommend?

Most services we provide are covered by many insurance plans.  You may contact the insurance company directly for a complete list of covered benefits and we would be glad to discuss any questions or concerns you have.

Do you serve the facility where my loved one resides?

We serve many long term facilities throughout the Denver-metro area, Boulder, Louisville, and Castelrock, and are open to serving patients at other facilities. 

Can you come to my loved one’s house to provide care?

We are able to travel to individuals’ homes to provide dental hygiene services.

Do you file insurance claims for your clients?

While we do not work directly with dental insurance companies, we are happy to provide assistance in submitting insurance claims. We are able to submit claims for Medicaid/Peti and Evercare reimbursement for long term care residents.
