After graduating from the University of Colorado Dental School in 2000 I pursued a hygienist position with GDHS. I was lucky enough to land my perfect job! I have a passion for my senior patients and feel honored to help them maintain their oral health. I love how much they have enriched my life these last 11 years.
I'm a native of Colorado, married to my high school sweetheart for the last 28 years. We have 2 grown children, and a large extended family.

I am a Wisconsin native and earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Marquette University. After graduation, I enlisted in the Army and served on active duty at Ft. Hood’s Darnall Army Community Hospital. I completed my enlistment in 1987, moved to Denver, and spent 18 years as a periodontal hygienist for a dental practice in southeast Denver. In May 2007, I joined Geriatric Dental Hygiene Services. I enjoy the change of pace working in a non-traditional setting and treating patients in their homes. My work with the elderly is challenging and rewarding, but most of all, fulfilling. When not working, I enjoy cycling, camping, hiking, and spending time with friends.

I have been practicing dental hygiene for 28 years and still thoroughly enjoy my work and my patients! I graduated from University of Colorado in 1983 and have worked in private practice since then, including 12 years in the assisted living and nursing home settings. This is one of the best things in my life, as I love the elderly! Whenever possible, and it is always possible (between scaling, charting and flossing) we shares stories of our lives and our faith! I have truly been blessed! Our 3 children are all in college- pre-dental and pre-med. My husband, Craig, is a California transplant loving all that Colorado has to offer since 1986!

I am originally from Wyoming and moved to Colorado July of 2011. I am enjoying all that Colorado has to offer, hiking, rock climbing and shopping. While I was in hygiene school I was given the opportunity to work with special needs children and adults. I discovered a great passion for this field which lead me to GDHS. I am excited to begin my rewarding career with seniors.
